CBD Oil and Hemp Oil ~ What's the difference?

Firstly, cannabis.

Cannabis, often referred to as marijuana, and hemp are two varieties of the same plant species, known as Cannabis sativa  and Cannabis indica.

{Note: There is a third species, called Cannabis ruderalis, but we won't get into this one for the moment}

To keep it simple, Hemp (part of the Cannabis sativa family), generally MUST have less than 1% TCH (tetrahydrocanabinol - this is the psychoactive compound that makes a person feel 'high').  Whereas, other Cannabis sativa and Cannabis indica varieties carry much higher levels of TCH.
