Hemp Seeds, or Hemp Hearts are the seeds of the Hemp Plant (or Cannabis sativa), which is the crop (or one of the crops) we grow on our farm in Mount Barker (Western Australia). Bye the way, hemp seeds are technically nuts, but are called seeds or hearts.
